Shipping and arrival was perfect! System was definitely cleaned and modified as advertised. Shell was also in near perfect condition. My only concern was the N64 Controller I bought as "Excellent" arrived with a very loose and wobblily joy stick. Not the end of world, as It is OEM and works but I can tell the ball joint is really worn down and aged which has begun to leave "plastic dust" on the inside of the joystick bowl. I will have to open up the controller and replace the joystick very soon but overall, I am happy with the purchase and would definitely buy from RetroDirect again!
